This year's inauguration of our new website is the beginning of a new effort by the Association to increase communication with Cannon Bluff residents and visitors, as well as potential homebuyers in the Prince William County area. This site will be used to inform those people about upcoming activities as well as the events and issues that affect the residents of our community. In addition to the Cannon Bluff Newsletter and our annual meeting, we will try to let you know about current events and issues as they happen by posting information on this venue . We hope everyone who lives in on the Bluff will bookmark this page and make it a regular read to stay informed on the happenings of our community.

     In case you haven't followed our activities recently, here are some of our most recent accomplishments:

• Receipt of several bids to repair the footbridge on the park.  Construction timetables to begin and finish work will be negotiated when a final proposal is accepted.

• The repaving of Wolf Run Shoals Road and Ramrod Road.

• The HOA covenants and by-laws have been posted online under the HOA Contacts link.
