ROAD MAINTENANCE & SNOW PLOWING
All numbered and named paved roads (except Nautilus Pl.) within our community are owned and maintained by the Virginia Dept. of Transportation (VDOT). Your HOA has no jurisdiction or responsibility for road maintenance or snow plowing.
If your road, or adjacent equipment such as signs, ditches and guardrails are in need of repair or need plowing, please contact VDOT -- see below.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ENCOUNTER A SNAKE
If you go outside in Cannon Bluff you will eventually encounter a snake. We count on snakes to maintain balance in our ecosystem and it is against the law to kill snakes in Virginia unless you are threatened.
